VMware, Inc. (NYSE: VMW) today announced that market research firm Forrester Research has named VMware a leader among infrastructure automation platform providers in a Q3 2020 report based on a 26-criterion evaluation.
Forrester’s report, The Forrester Wave™: Infrastructure Automation Platforms, analyzes and scores 13 of the most significant infrastructure automation platform providers to help infrastructure and operations (I&O) professionals select the one for their needs.(1) According to the report, “VMware excels in most areas, including scalability, discovery, model creation and editing, application awareness, orchestration, monitoring and access governance.
